Will reception accept the bouquet if the recipient is not in the room?

The courier calls the recipient first. If there is no answer, we contact you and decide together: wait, leave it at reception on record, or move to another time. The bouquet is never handed over without your agreement.

Can you deliver at breakfast or at check-in?

Yes, you name the time. We deliver from 9:00 to 20:00, so both the morning coffee and the moment guests arrive are covered.

Will the bouquet survive in a room with no vase?

Yes. The roses arrive wrapped with a damp base and last several days without being moved into water — in a hotel room that is usually the only workable option.
